Day 7

and end of week 1...

today's statistics:

total steps: 13845
aerobic: 7974
calories: 563
miles: 7.86

I did my averages for the week which is 11779 steps a day and the sum total of calories burnt this week is 3413 which implies that I have lost around a pound and so have I, without any kind of diet restrictions:)

I got very inspired yesterday when I came across this site run by Rob Cooper who lost 300 lbs and all I am trying to do is lose ten pounds here- so I now think my goal is very achievable.

Hubby's records for today:

steps: 4980
aerobic: 0
calories: 223
miles: 2.59

He has shown some improvement but not a lot. I am sure he is aiming for more tomorrow.
