Sunday evening I bought one more pedometer for my hubby to start off this program with me. Even if he is not enthusiastic about it right away, I made him wear it the whole of Monday just to make him realize how less he walks each day. I don't think he would immediately change and race with me to make more steps but there is always hope for the better:)
Walking done by me:
steps: 13872
aerobic steps: 9500
calories: 563
miles: 7.88
walking done by hubby:
steps: 4137
aerobic steps: 0 (meaning he has not walked continuously for 10 minutes at any time)
calories: 173
miles: 2.15
